Events And Wedding Ceremonies
Brides and Event guests are encouraged to make full use of our grounds. For a Marriage Ceremony, or Event /Speaker, careful timing to coordinate with the reception is important.
Reservation, Deposit Payment and Cancellation Policy
A $1000.00 deposit is required to secure the date of your choice. Fifty (50%) payment of the estimated total bill is required 30 days prior to the wedding day, along with the final guest count. The balance will be due by noon the business day prior to Event Day. If cancellation should occur within 30 days of the Agreement date, the deposit will be returned less a $500.00 administration fee. If the cancellation occurs after 30 days of this Agreement date, full cancellation charges equal to half of the estimated total bill will apply for the loss of business reserved. Finance charges for unpaid amounts are twelve percent (12%) per annum, accrued daily
Menu SelectionA preliminary menu selection should be discussed prior to reserving the facilities. For a list of entree's and hors d'oeuvres available, please contact Goldsmith Denniston House. In most cases we are able to accommodate your choices of alternative menu items.
